Process for placing order:
- We receive and review your document (Word, Rich Text, PDF and Powerpoint formats are accepted).
- Our certified professionals provide large print or transcribe the document into braille.
- A quality assurance check is done to assure that the large print document is accurate to your specifications. Braille is transcribed according to the rules and formats of Unified English Braille (UEB) and Nemeth. Our Tactiles are created under the Guidelines and Standards for Tactile Graphics.
- The document is then produced in-house on our braille embosser or we email you the digital file so you can emboss at your location.
- We package and ship your braille documents to you Free Matter for the Blind (5-15 business days) or expedited shipping at cost. Shipping, packaging and handling will appear on final invoice.
- A 3.5% convenience fee is added for online payments.
